The Refill package with 3x 3ml whitening gel usually lasts for 6 applications.
For whitening it is recommended to use 0.75ml of the syringe at the top and 0.75ml at the bottom teeth for 30 minutes (3ml syringe total).
In case you are satisfied with the whitening of your teeth and you just want to continue the maintenance, you can use 0.50ml respectively on each side and benefit from more applications.

Make sure that the whitening gel does not come in contact with your gums, tongue or lips, with a cotton swab you can clean any excess whitening gel from any surface that may come in contact.

Make sure the mouth guard is clean and dry before applying the whitening gel.

The whitening gel should only be applied to the surface that will touch the front of your teeth.

You can use them whenever and wherever you want!
But the consistency of use helps very much with the whitening process, so try to add it to your schedule at a specific time each day.
*It is recommended to use it before sleep.

University studies show that when treatment is done overnight and the gel remains active for 6-8 hours users see results faster.

After the 6 basic applications you can continue with the gel use, either for better results or for whitening maintenance.
Applications can be made whenever you think you need them and do not have to be continuous.
We recommend you reduce the amount of gel to 0.50ml respectively on each surface and take advantage of the remaining gel for a longer period of time!

If you experience discomfort from the accumulation of saliva during the treatment, remove the device, rinse and continue.
